Caroline brings over ten years of digital experience, having worked both agency and client side in the United Kingdom and UAE. She has won two industry recognized awards for her work on digital campaigns she led back in the UK. More recently she has been responsible for delivering award winning campaigns in the UAE, including Best SEO Campaign and Best Small PPC Agency at the 2017 MENA Search Awards as well as Best Performance Campaign at the 2017 MENA Digital Awards.

With a strong background in Biddable Media, Caroline is fanatical about ensuring that RBBi drives the best performance for its clients, whilst staying ahead of the curve with innovation in the marketplace. Drawing on 20 years of design experience Anthony has held principal UX positions in London, Hong Kong and Dubai. During this time he's worked on a wide range of digital projects - Chatbots, apps, motion de- tection etc. - for various global multinational clients - Carlsberg Group, Jaguar Land Rover, UBS etc. He also has worked with start-ups and market disruptors to help create problem-solving yet user-valued products.

Anthony is currently the Head of UX at RBBI, the first and only digital agency in the Middle East that specializes in Usability, SEO, Data/Analytics and Performance Marketing. He oversees a team of 20 UX specialists, who together provide the region with strategic digital solutions that follow a user-centered design approach.
